Here is how you make Whole Grain Chicken Salad:

In a small sauce pan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the 2 cloves of garlic, quinoa and bulger wheat. Reduce heat to mediumlow, cover and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.While the grains are cooking chop all the veggies and put in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.When the grains are done remove from stove add to veggies.
