Add the sliced carrots, chopped onion, and garlic. (And chopped celery if you're using it) Drain and rinse the 3 beans (and corn, if canned), and add to pot. Chop the red and green peppers, add to pot. If your chicken is not already boned & skinned do that, cut into bite size pieces and add to pot. Add the salsa. Vegetables should be pretty much done by the time you add the salsa.
