In a large pot boil the heck out of 3-4 chicken breasts in a gallon of water until totally done. Remove them to drain and cool in a colander but keep the juices & the broth. Now, dice the bacon into very small pieces, slice celery into 1/4 inch slices, dice onions and shred carrots set all aside. In the pot your going to cook in Cook the bacon until it releases it's oils then add and slowly cook the onions, carots and celery until tender. Add bouillon continuing to cook to infuse flavor onto the mix. After a couple minutes add back the stock left from cooking the chicken and set all to simmering. Remove bone and skin from cooled chicken breasts, chop into 3/4 in squares and add to broth and simmer. At this time add salt pep[per, parsley and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (if you do not want heat leave out cayenne. I think too much is never enough and it does make the different flavors jump out at you) In a separate pot cook 3 or 4 cups of noodles until andante (not quite cooked - this cuts down on starch in the soup) drain and rinse noodles then put them into soup.
