chop vegetable and saute in butter in large saucepan over medium high heat until vegetables are soft (around 8 minutes). Add pepper and italian seasoning. Add water and bring to boil. Add buillion cubes and chicken breast. Turn down to low and cook for 30 minutes. Remove chicken breast and shred and return to pot, add pasta and cook for 12 minutes or until pasta is soft.
