Here is how you make Light Chicken Soup:

Boil chicken until extremely tender. Strain, reserving broth. Add enough water to reserved broth to make 9 cups. Add 6 oz chicken bone (from frozen department of health food store), 1.5 cups chopped onion, 6 ribs celery, one small bag baby carrots, 6 garlic cloves, salt and 1 bay leaf. Boil for two or four hours until vegetables are tender. Strain and reserve or throw away vegetables. (I throw them away because I don't like them).
