This is a delicious chicken wild rice soup recipe, not high in calories like those super thick versions you get at a restaurant. How Do I Make Low-cal Chicken Wild Rice Soup?

Here is how you make Low-cal Chicken Wild Rice Soup:

1) Place all ingredients* into a pot, cover, simmer for 25-30 minutes (or until rice is fully cooked). *I typically add the seasoning packet included with the rice but you can leave it out if you are concerned with sodium. Also, if you want a creamier texture you can add a bit of cornstarch by placing the cornstarch in a small dish and slowly add a bit of the broth from the pot then pour into the pot (as to prevent any lumps).Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BOTHSIDES.
