Here is how you make Granny's Chicken Stew:

Dice vegetables. Set aside. Cut chiken breat into cubes and saute in olive oil till not pink. Add onions, celery and garlic. Stir well and cook for about 15 minutes. Add vegetable stock. Mix gravy mix and 2 cups of cool water in a cup and add to pot. Stir well. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook for about 30-40 minutes.
