Here is how you make Chinese chicken vegetable:

Simmer boneless skinless chicken breasts in pot with chicken broth. For my pot I used three cans and some water. I also added a tablespoon of chicken soup base. While chicken cooks, slice diagonally and very thin, carrots and sugar snap peas or snow peas. Very thinly slice cabbage. Remove chicken from the pot to cool and add vegetables to liquid. When chicken is cooled, slice thinly and add to pot. Add ginger and garlic to taste. Add soy sauce to taste. Serve with rice or spaghetti noodles cooked seperately. Top with scallions before serving.
