Here is how you make Guajillo Ancho Chile:

Boil chili pods for 10 minutes, drain, remove stems and seeds. Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and onions. Sautee until onions are clear. Add cumin and sautee 1minute. Add ground beef and brown it. In a blender add chilies and chicken broth and puree. In a pot combine the puree, ground beef, beans, hot sauce, and brown sugar. Salt to taste.
