Serves 8-101. Heat Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute for about 8 minutes, until softened. Add the jalapenos, celery, carrots, and a pinch of salt and saute another 10 minutes.2. Brown the turkey with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until no longer pink.3. Add the garlic, and other spices until mixture is well coated and begins to form a paste.4. Add the sauteed vegetables, tomatoes, and chicken stock and bring mixture to a boil.
