What Are The Ingredients For Fireside Chili Recipe?The ingredients for Fireside Chili are: • 8 oz lean ground beef• 2 medium carrots, shredded • 11⁄2 cups chopped onions • 2 Tbsp minced garlic • 2 Tbsp chili powder • 11⁄2 tsp ground cumin • 1 cup canned fat-free beef broth • 1 can (28 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes • 1 can each (15.5 oz each) red kidney, black and pinto beans, rinsed • 1 can (11 oz) Mexican-style corn • 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles How Do I Make Fireside Chili?Here is how you make Fireside Chili: 1. Sauté beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up clumps with a spoon, 4 minutes or until browned. Drain off any fat.2. Add carrots, onions and garlic to skillet; sauté 4 to 5 minutes until onions are translucent. Stir in chili powder and cumin, then broth. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender.3. Stir in tomatoes, beans, corn and green chiles.
