1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
2 tbsp. chili powder

1/2 C fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt (to taste)
1 tsp. cayenne pepper or less
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can favorite beer
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper

Here is how you make Ashley's Beer Chili:

Cook ground beef in frying pan and drain liquid. Mix beef in large pot with tomato sauce, pinto beans, garlic, bell pepper and chopped up can of peeled tomatoes. Add chili powder, oregano, your miller lite or. Salt lightly to taste and add 1 small onion and 1/2 cup of fresh chopped garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes and then carefully add cayenne pepper. One teaspoon will be quite hot so you may want to try just a little, but if you like a kick feel free to try a little more!
