2 lbs. ground turkey
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 C chopped fresh garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper or less
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can miller lite beer
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sweet bell pepper
1 C raw celery


How Do I Make Ashley's Healthy Beer Chili?

Here is how you make Ashley's Healthy Beer Chili:

Cook ground turkey in frying pan and drain liquid. Mix turkey in large pot with tomato sauce, pinto beans, celery, onion, bell peppers, chopped garlic and chopped up can of peeled tomatoes. Add chili powder, oregano, and beer. Simmer for 10 minutes and then carefully add cayenne pepper. One teaspoon will be quite hot so you may want to try just a little less or more if you like a good kick. Stir pepper in slowly and cook another 20 minutes.Serving Size:?Makes about 10 bowls
