If you are vegitarian than instead of meat add different veggies or black beans.Cook meat until fully cooked place in pot with onions, peppers, and all other items. Stir. Let boil for 10 mins and taste if you want it spicier just add more creole seasoning and chilli powder. Use water to thin out if needed. In crock pot set on Med for 2-4 hours. Regular pot cook or simmer for 1 hour.
