Remove meat mixture from pan leaving any drippings in pan. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms and jalapenos to pan and saute’ until soft. In a large pot add meat mixture, veggies, crushed tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, chili powder and water. Simmer for a couple of hours, until desired consistency. Before taking of the heat add the ground cumin.
