I make this chili and toss it in my freezer for cold days when I'm feeling too lazy to cook dinner. Serve over brown rice or a baked potato. If you wanted to, you could probably brown the turkey the night before, toss the ingredients in a crock pot, in the morning stir and forget about it until you get home from work. Add onion. Cook onion until it is clear. Drain beans. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Add additional chili powder to taste. Boil until Chili reaches desired consistency. Serve over brown rice, whole wheat pasta, baked potatoes or plain. Makes about 10 servings.
