2 Tbsp. grill seasoning blend, 1 palm full
1 Tbsp. cumin, 1/2 palm full
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Frank's Red Hot, Buffalo
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 bottle of beer
10 oz can diced tomato, any flavor
1/2 cup smoky barbecue sauce
2 cups corn kernels
1 cup spaghetti sauce, any flavors


How Do I Make Indian Summer Chili?

Here is how you make Indian Summer Chili:

Heat pot over medium high. Add turkey meat. Season the meat with chili powder, grill seasoning, cumin, Worchestershire, and hot sauce. Break up the meat with the back of a wooden spoon into small crumbles. Chop the onion and peppers. Brown meat for 5 minutes. Add onion and peppers. Cook 10 min more. Add beer to deglaze the plan, scraping up the drippings and cooking off the alcohol. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and barbecue sauce. Bring to a bubble. Add corn. Simmer at least 10 minutes.
