Prepare the spice mix and add it slowly over the cooking time, and taste it each time until it reaches your preferred taste. 1) Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and kidney beans to the crock pot (or large stove top pot, if you prefer). 2) Chop the onions and celery. Add onions to the pot, but DO NOT add the celery yet.3) Brown the beef, add it to the pot.3) Prepare the spice mix by adding all the spices together into a plastic ziplock bag, and shake it around until it's evenly mixed. 4) Cook for 2 and 1/2 hours. Add the spice mix slowly over the duration of the cooking time until you reach your preferred taste. 5) During the last 20-30 minutes of cooking, add the chopped celery. This will keep it crisp and crunchy (but not too crunchy). 6) Enjoy! This chili goes very well with a nice crusty bread, but can easily be a meal without anything else.Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ETERNALKNIGHT00.What's The Nutritional Info For Supreme Chili? The nutritional information for Supreme Chili is:
