I use an 8 quart stock pot and allow all the ingredients to simmer for the afternoon hours until it is time for dinner.First brown the beef. Add all the canned ingredients, powders, garlic and veggies into the stock pot. I like to cut/chop/ice all my veggies rather crudely. Bring to boiling in a pot on the stove and lower it down to simmer for ~ 3-4 hours. Enjoy!Top with salsa, sour cream and guacamole if you like a Tex-Mex style chili.
