I love a hearty pot of chili in the cooler autumn months and frigid winter ones, but my biggest struggle with chili is that if it's not spicy enough, I eat 4-6 cups in a sitting - simply because it goes down TOO smooth. So I decided to start adding a little cumin, hot sauce and cayenne pepper to the mix, and it has just a little more zing - enough to hold me back to 2-4 cups instead. Each "serving" is my estimated 1C serving, so you'll likely consume more like 2 servings, but you might not either :)
