Here is how you make Hearty Chili Stew:

Spray a large cooking pot with cooking spray. Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic into the pot. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until the turkey is well-cooked and no pink remains. Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, celery, seasoning, Splenda, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes. Then add the beans to the chili mixture. Bring the mixture to a second boil, then reduce heat and simmer chili uncovered another 30 minutes or so.
