Here is how you make Organic Venison Chili:

Chop vegetables. Cube venison. Heat oil (medium heat) in large stock pot, add venison cubes & garlic, stirring to brown meat evenly, not scorching garlic. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Add onion, jalapeno and green pepper to meat mixture. Cook until soft. Add drained and rinsed beans.Add canned tomatoes-including the juice. Add V-8 juice and tomato paste, stirring to mix in paste. Add chili powder and sugar, stirring.Simmer on stove top for 1 hour. If you like the flavors to meld and chili to thicken-simmer longer, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. I like to add water occasionally, because I simmer for several hours. Serve with crusty wheat rolls or crackers. Enjoy.Even better on second day!Servings: approx 16 - 1 cup bowls.
