1 lb ground venison
2 (15 oz) cans dark red kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can red beans
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (15.5 oz) can corn
1 cup (approx.) water

1. Mix all spices together (if using fresh onion and garlic, set aside until we get to the meat) with a fork.2. Brown the venison with the onion, garlic (if using fresh) in a large soup pan. 3. Add the spice mix and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, or until about 10 minutes before you're ready to serve the chili (whichever is longer-up to 2 hours, just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't boil all the water out).
