1 cup Nonfat Milk
1 cup Diced Celery

Here is how you make Clam Chowder (Aunt Pat's):

In heavy saucepan warm Olive Oil and saute onions until softened. Add the potatoes, clam juice from the cans, celery, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Add the minced (or chopped) clams. In seperate bowl whisk the flour into the milk.
