Here is how you make Dulse Chowder:

Saut? onion and garlic in oil until transparent. Add celery and potatoes, saut? 10 minutes. Add 1 cup corn, carrots, bay leaf and 2 cups water. Cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Blend 1 cup corn with 2 cups water. Add to chowder with almond milk, dulse, thyme, sage, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Do not boil. Serve with sprig of parsley.
