1/3 cup flour
3 cups of milk
2 cups of chopped imitation crab, or cooked shrimp, or any skinless fish fillets
2 tbsp of lemon juice

Here is how you make J's Seafood Chowder:

1 In al large pot, melt butter: saute celery, onion, bay leaf, dill 1/2 tspn salt and pepper till until onions start to brown. Stir in potatoes and carrots: saute for about 5 minutes. 2. In crease heat to medium high; stir in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover boil for about 5 minutes or until potatoes and carrots and almost tender.3 Whisk flour into milk and stir into pot, bring to a simmer ; stir often.
