Rinse can of beans and drain well.Place beans, tahini, lemon juice, mint leaves and yogurt into food processor. Blend well.In a separate bowl (or with mortar and pestle) sprinkle sea salt over garlic and crush well. Add to bean mix.Continue blending, adding olive oil and water if necessary, to make a smooth, creamy texture.Chill well.
