Depending of what you use (if you use butter, or oil, or nothing in your noodles after) add it to your noodles. Add in a can of cream of chicken soup - stir in. Add in a can of cream of mushroom soup - stir in. ( You may substitute either both cream of chicken or both cream of mushroom - your choice). Stir in 2 cans of tuna fish. THAT'S IT --- Seriously.
