Cut up the canadian beacon and brown it a bit in a frying pan with some cooking spray.Unroll the dough and use your fingers to pinch and seal all the precut lines. Use a rolling pin to make it into one large sheet. Cut it into 8 squares of equal size.To make the cups, place the dough squares into alternating crevices in a mini cupcake pan (that has been sprayed with non-stick spray) pushing them down carefully so as to not rip the dough.
