This will prevent the green from surrounding the yoke.Carefully peel the eggs and rinse them under the tap to wash away any 'stuck' little bits of shell. Then cut them in half lengthwise and pop out the yoke into a bowl and lay the have egg white upwards so that the indent is visible. After getting all your yolks, add your mayo, mustard, dill and salt and pepper and blend until very creamy. Carefully spoon yolk mixture as neatly as possible, back into the egg white. Dash each with paprika. You can also fill a small sandwich bag with the yolk mixture, cut a corner of the bag and squeeze the egg mixture into the eggwhites for easier cleanup.
