Make the hummus-Place the chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, ground cumin, and garlic in a food processor. Process for about 4 minutes, or until very smooth. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the chopped cilantro.To assemble the Eggs - Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
