Here is how you make Low Fat Zuppa Toscana:

Saute the Turkey Sausage, then add the onions and garlic and cook til tender. Add boullion cubes and 12 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the potatoes and bacon. Let simmer until potatoes are tender. Then add the dry milk powder mixed in with two cups of lukewarm water to the pot. About 15 minutes before serving add the kale.Makes about 10 hearty servings.
