Makes 70 one tablespoon size servings per one square wonton wrapper.Cook and mash the cauliflower and potato together in large bowl.In fry pan, add one TBS. oil and saute' onions for two minutes.Add jalapeno, peas, all the spices and the lemon juice plus the water. Turn on high and mix constantly while smashing half the peas.Add this mixture to mashed potato-cauliflower and mix well.Using a TBS., scoop one TBS. in each wonton.In large fry pan or griddle, heat second TBS. oil and fry/cook wontons on both sides.
