Here is how you make "BLT" Frittata:

Preheat oven to 425F.Beat whole eggs, egg whites, and milk together in large bowl. Set aside.Slice bacon slices into 1/4" wide pieces. Cook in a large (12") non-stick skillet until crispy and browned. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels; set aside. Drain bacon grease from pan and wipe mostly clean with a paper towel. Place pan back over medium heat and add onions. Saute until softened and slightly colored. Add greens, tomatoes, and bacon pieces; cook and stir until greens are wilted. Gently pour egg mixture over bacon/veggie mixture. Cook over medium heat until bottom and sides begin to set. Transfer to hot oven and finish cooking until frittata has puffed and the top is slightly golden.
