1/3 cup reduced fat buttermile

1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves

2 table spoons mayo (light)

2 table spoons thinly slices fresh chives

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

2 table spoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Salad:

1 bag (3pack) romaine hearts

4 tablespoons extra vergin olive oil

1 cup drained mandarin range segments (jared or canned)

1/2 cup almond slices

Here is how you make Grilled Romaine with Green Goddess Dressing:

To make dressing; in a blender, puree avocado, buttermilk, parsley, mayo, chives, garlic, and lemon juice. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.To make salad: Heat a clean grill to med high. Cut romaine hearts in half lengthwise. Brush romaine with oil and season to taste with kosher salt and ground pepper. Grill, turning freequently, until slightly charred but not heated all the way through, about 5 min.Place grilled romaine on plates. Drizzle with dressing to taste and garnish with mandrine oranges and almnd slices.
