For seasonings i like to use Worcestershire sauce, chilli chilli powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little cayenne pepper.

Here is how you make Homemade Chilli:

mix the raw ground beef with your seasonings. Brown in skillet; drain grease. Put in slow cooker, add tomato sauce, kidney beans (drain first), and chilli beans ( DO NOT drain). Add in some more worcestershire, chilli powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and garlic.
