Stir in the water, carrots, potatoes, and stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Then add zucchini, cabbage, macaroni, spaghetti, rigatoni, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme and bouillion. Return to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables and pasta are fork tender. Season to taste with salt.To serve, ladle intowide bowls and pass Parmesan cheese at the table.
