1 lb ground lamb (ground chicken is also great and healthier, I just wanted to splurge since I found ground lamb on sale!)
1/2 small cucumber, cubed
15ish cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quarters
1/2 red onion, chopped (or use the dehydrated ones)
1/2 tub tzatziki sauce (can also make your own to make it lower calorie)
4 oz. reduced fat feta cheese (or more or less)
drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
may add kalamata olives or capers if you want (not included in nutrition info)
6 oz/servings of pita chips (I used store bought but you can make them also)
