Here is how you make Thin Crust Pizza:

First:Mix together dough ingredients, except milk, and stir lightly. Pour half the milk and then stir. Add the rest little by little, to avoid a sticky dough. I like to add corn meal if dough is too sticky and it adds a nice texture to it. Roll out the dough on a 12 inch pizza pan and put in oven @400 for 5 - 7 minutes. In the meantime, chop your mushrooms, onions, shred the cheese (or whatever toppings you choose). Take out dough from and then add sauce, then cheese, then toppings.
