Allow to sit until foamy. Add White and Semolina Flour and 2 tbsp olive oil. Let sit 1 hour, covered with plastic wrap.Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll dough into 32 small balls (I like to seperate the dough into four batched of 8 balls each). Roll balls into small, thin circles and lay 8 on a baking sheet sprinkled with Semolina Flour.
