The ingredients for Sausage and Rice Stew are:

1/2 package turkey kielbasa, halved and sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups water
1 can reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cans white beans
1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1/2 cup uncooked long grain brown rice
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups spinach chopped
1 cup mustard greens chopped


How Do I Make Sausage and Rice Stew?

Here is how you make Sausage and Rice Stew:

In large dutch oven/soup pan, saute the kielbasa, onion, shallots, and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Add water, broth, beans, rice and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked.
