Dice all apples and add some pineapple juice to keep from turning until ready to serve (drain off juice before mixing salad ). Drain juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges, dice pineapple. Just before serving mix all fruit in a large bowl (after straining extra juices) then add yogurt and toss well. Holds well in the refrigerator for a couple of days also.
