20 Large Tomatoes, Washed, Peeled, cored and cut into chunks

4 onions chopped

4 carrots pared, shredded

1.2 c. chopped Parsley

3 T. Sugar

2 T Salt

3/4 tsp pepper

Here is how you make Freezer Tomato Sauce:

Put all ingred. into a large kettle. Bring slowly to a boil, stirring often. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Measure 3 cups into blender and whirl at high speed until smooth about 1 minute. Put into freezer bags.
