Here is how you make Cabbage, Sausage and Potatoes:

In a large stock pot combine sausage, drippings, cabbage, broth and pepper. Add water as neccessary to cover cabbage. Cook for 40 minutes on medium high heat. Stiring occasionally and adding water as needed. Add potatoes and more water. Cook for 20 minutes longer stirring occasionally.
