1 can(320g) lobster(plus the juice) (fresh is great too!!)
1(340g) bag scollops (or fresh of course)
2 salmon fillets
3 cups of potatoes
2 small onions
6 green onions
4 small stalks celery
3 slices of bacon
salt,pepper,bay leaves,thyme,paprika
2 cans(370 each) evaporated milk


How Do I Make Awesome Seafood Chowda?

Here is how you make Awesome Seafood Chowda:

-Chop then cook the bacon in the pot you are going to use -Chop the celery, onions & green onions fairly small, add to bacon, cook until translucent and softened-Cut fish fillets into pieces, add them and scollops to veggies and bacon, (not lobster yet),cook approx. 10 minutes-less if using fresh seafood, bit more if still frozen a bit-add chicken broth(used that instead of milk or water for added taste,veg stalk would work too),add lobster juice from lobster, and add potatoes, cook approx. 15 min-add lobster and continue cooking another 15 minutes-add evaporated milk and spices, cook at least another 20 minutes or unitl you thinks its done!
