1 cup sliced celery
1 cup finely diced onion
1/2 yellow pepper
4 tablespons olive oil
2 packages of Laughing Cow Light Swiss
2 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
3 cups cubed cooked potatos
1 pound frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
4 tablespoons dry white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 cup chicken stock
1 can corn, no salt added, drained
3 dashes tobasco
garlic to taste
3 tsp chili powder
dash of sage
dash of thyme
dash of dill

1) In a large stock pot saute celery, onions, mushrooms, garlic in olive oil.
2. Add chees eand almond milk and stir over low heat until cheese is complete melted.
3) Add potatos, shrimp, wine and salt. Heat through, stirring occasionally and serve in bread bowls.
