Here is how you make Cole Slaw:

slice up the cabbage ahead of time and place in large mixing bowl so you can focus on making the dressing as it requires your full attentionwhisk one large egg in a medium bowl taking out the white pieceadd the sweetener and the vinegar and whisk againpour into a warm non stick pan on low heat and stir constantly on low. Be patient. It will eventually thicken. You can turn the heat up a little higher to get it going and to bubble, but quickly turn it down. When it is thickening, take it off the heat as it will continue to thicken with the heated pan. Continue stirring for a little bit as it cools.Pour onto the cabbage in large mixing bowl and mix it up. Don't worry if it looks like you don't have enough of the dressing. It will all mix in.
