2 tbsp ground cumin
4 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt

4 fl oz Lemon Juice
1 lb Spinach, frozen
2 tbsp Molasses
2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)

Here is how you make Black Bean and Ham Soup:

Soak beans overnight (or simmer 2 min and let stand 1 hr; or pressure cook 5 min). Drain. Combine with 14 c water, bay leaves, bouillon, baking soda, and salt. Simmer 1-1/2 hr (or pressure cook 20 min). Heat oil in 12 qt pot; saute onions, sweet potato, carrots, and celery 5-10 min. Add garlic, cumin, and chili powder; saute 2 min more. Add beans (with cooking liquid) to sauteed vegetables; add molasses and peppers; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 min. Use immersion blender to puree about half of soup.
