The stats are for one portion (a cup of soup). Use one big bag of dried black beans (soak over night in water), two onions finely chopped, two cans of no salt diced tomatos, two tablespoons of chili powder (or to your taste), two tablespoons of catsup, a quarter cup of cooked bacon or cooked chopped pork, a can of no salt chicken broth and a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce. Optionally you can add up to six cloves of minced garlic (if you like garlic).

I mix all ingredients with and additional two cups of water and boil for two hours. Add water as needed, but let it boil down until the soup thickens.
