Here is how you make Sprouted Bean Soup:

Saute the onions and garlic in 1 T olive oil until just softened. Add the carrots, sweet potato and celery seed to this. Cook, stiring frequently for approximately 5-10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes or so. Add all of the rest of the ingredients except the sprouted beans and cook until veggies are about 3/4 softened/cooked.
